यदि स्वयं के हाथ में विष फ़ैल रहा है तो उसे काट देना चाहिए।

आग सिर में स्थापित करने पर भी जलाती है। अर्थात दुष्ट व्यक्ति का कितना भी सम्मान कर लें, वह सदा दुःख ही देता है।

शक्तिशाली शत्रु को कमजोर समझ कर ही उस पर आक्रमण करे।

ईर्ष्या करने वाले दो समान व्यक्तियों में विरोध पैदा कर देना चाहिए।

स्वजनों को तृप्त करके शेष भोजन से जो अपनी भूख शांत करता है, वाह अमृत भोजी कहलाता है।
Satisfying the relatives and remaining food which pacifies their hunger is called Wah Amrit Bhoji.

सभा के मध्य जो दूसरों के व्यक्तिगत दोष दिखाता है, वह स्वयं अपने दोष दिखाता है।
In the midst of the gathering, one who shows the personal faults of others, himself shows his faults.

मनुष्य के कार्य में आई विपत्ति को कुशलता से ठीक करना चाहिए।
The calamity in the work of human beings should be rectified efficiently.

कार्य के मध्य में अति विलम्ब और आलस्य उचित नहीं है।
Too late and laziness in the middle of work is not appropriate.

नीतिवान पुरुष कार्य प्रारम्भ करने से पूर्व ही देश-काल की परीक्षा कर लेते है।
Ethical men test country-time before starting work.

सुख और दुःख में समान रूप से सहायक होना चाहिए।
Should be equally helpful in happiness and sorrow.

आत्मविजयी सभी प्रकार की संपत्ति एकत्र करने में समर्थ होता है।
Self-sufficient is able to collect all kinds of property.

किसी भी कार्य में पल भर का भी विलम्ब न करें।
Do not delay for any moment in any work.

समय का ध्यान नहीं रखने वाला व्यक्ति अपने जीवन में निर्विघ्न नहीं रहता।
A person who does not take care of time does not remain smooth in his life.

जो धैर्यवान नहीं है, उसका न वर्तमान है न भविष्य।
One who is not patient, has neither present nor future.

शत्रु की दुर्बलता जानने तक उसे अपना मित्र बनाए रखें।
Keep the enemy as your friend until you know your weakness.

पहले निश्चय करिएँ, फिर कार्य आरम्भ करें।
First decide, then start the work.

चंचल चित वाले के कार्य कभी समाप्त नहीं होते।
The actions of the fickle mind never cease.

सुख का आधार धर्म है।
Religion is the basis of happiness.

वृद्धजन की सेवा ही विनय का आधार है।
The service of the elderly is the basis of humility.

कठोर वाणी अग्निदाह से भी अधिक तीव्र दुःख पहुंचाती है।
The harsh speech causes even more intense grief than Agnidah.

दुष्ट की मित्रता से शत्रु की मित्रता अच्छी होती है।
Friendship of enemy is better than friendship of evil.

अविनीत व्यक्ति को स्नेही होने पर भी अपनी मंत्रणा में नहीं रखना चाहिए।
A person who is unhappy should not be kept in his counsel even if he is affectionate.

जुए में लिप्त रहने वाले के कार्य पूरे नहीं होते है।
Those who indulge in gambling are not fulfilled.

कार्य का स्वरुप निर्धारित हो जाने के बाद वह कार्य लक्ष्य बन जाता है।
Once the form of the task is determined, that task becomes the goal.

सभी प्रकार की संपत्ति का सभी उपायों से संग्रह करना चाहिए।
All types of property should be collected by all measures.

प्रत्यक्ष और परोक्ष साधनों के अनुमान से कार्य की परीक्षा करें।
Test the work by estimating the direct and indirect means.

कायर व्यक्ति को कार्य की चिंता नहीं होती।
A coward does not worry about work.

संयोग से तो एक कीड़ा भी स्तिथि में परिवर्तन कर देता है।

लापरवाही अथवा आलस्य से भेद खुल जाता है।
Discrimination opens up due to carelessness or laziness.

योग्य सहायकों के बिना निर्णय करना बड़ा कठिन होता है।
It is difficult to make decisions without qualified assistants.

दुष्ट स्त्री बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति के शरीर को भी निर्बल बना देती है।
The evil woman also makes the body of an intelligent person weak.

विद्या को चोर भी नहीं चुरा सकता।
Even a thief cannot steal Knowledge.

बदोषहीन कार्यों का होना दुर्लभ होता है।
It is rare to have faultless works.

आपातकाल में स्नेह करने वाला ही मित्र होता है।
In an emergency, the one who is affectionate is the friend.

विद्या ही निर्धन का धन है।
Knowledge is the wealth of the poor.

राजा, गुप्तचर और मंत्री तीनो का एक मत होना किसी भी मंत्रणा की सफलता है।
The unity of the three of the king, intelligence and minister is the success of any consultation.

आलसी राजा प्राप्त वस्तु की रक्षा करने में असमर्थ होता है।
The lazy king is unable to protect the object received.

किसी विशेष प्रयोजन के लिए ही शत्रु मित्र बनता है।
The enemy becomes friend only for a specific purpose.

राजशाही से संबंधित दोनों घरेलू और बाहरी कर्तव्यों को राजशाही के कुछ हिस्सों कहा जाता है।
Both domestic and external duties related to the monarchy are called parts of the monarchy.

विचार अथवा मंत्रणा को गुप्त न रखने पर कार्य नष्ट हो जाता है।
The work is destroyed by not keeping the thought or advice secret.

आलसी राजा की प्रशंसा उसके सेवक भी नहीं करते।

शत्रु के प्रयत्नों की समीक्षा करते रहना चाहिए।

धन का लालची श्रीविहीन हो जाता है।
The greedy of wealth becomes insolvent.

उपाय से सभी कार्य पूर्ण हो जाते है। कोई कार्य कठिन नहीं रहता।
All work is completed by the solution. No work is difficult.

बिना उपाय के किए गए कार्य प्रयत्न करने पर भी बचाए नहीं जा सकते, नष्ट हो जाते है।
Even after trying the work done without measures, they cannot be saved, they are destroyed.
